Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.

Explain the NGO's mission, programs, and ongoing initiatives clearly and professionally.

Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community engagement.

Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database regularly.

Follow call scripts while adapting conversations to individual needs.

Respond to queries and provide accurate information about NGO activities.

Coordinate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals.

Build positive relationships with supporters and beneficiaries.

Ensure timely follow-ups with interested individuals.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.





- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism.

- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

- Positive organizational and time management abilities.

- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to social causes.

- Must be based in or willing to commute to Mumbai.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is an added advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
