Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil .
