Call leads provided by the Marketing team and pitch Health Insurance and Car Insurance products Use insights from our AI-powered analysis to explain why a particular policy suits the customer, not just its price Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into policy sales Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions Coordinate with the team on daily targets and lead status updates Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience At least 1 year of experience working in a call center Prior experience selling insurance products over calls (mandatory) Must reside in Pune, preferably near Sadashiv Peth or nearby areas Solid communication and convincing skills Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) Comfortable working from office (not a remote role)
