Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers
- Maintain a database of customer information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products or services
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
