We are looking for a Telecaller Representative to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A.,



B.Sc., or equivalent) preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
