- Follow up daily calls to maintain relationship with candidates looking for various courses , Explain various courses to candidate through phone calls & in person.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided script or guidelines.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
- Sales: Sell products or services to potential customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in a CRM system.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
