About the Role:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in Student Counselling, Lead Follow-ups, and Admission Assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with prospective students, and a passion for helping them make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
- Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Provide timely updates on lead status and admission progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Student Counselling, Customer Support, or Admission Assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
