Telecaller (Malayalam)

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller Malayalam to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting the company's products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve sales and customer engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Introduce and explain the company's products and services effectively.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.





- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.

- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications

- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
