- Generate leads for the sales team through telecalling activities.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide necessary information.
- Promote products or services effectively to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-up on generated leads.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal).
- Basic knowledge of computers is required.
- Ability to sustain conversations and handle objections professionally.
- Knowledge of the IT field is an added advantage.
