We're Hiring: B2B Telecalling Executive Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2B Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective business clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers to introduce the company's products and services.

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- 2+ years of experience in B2B telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
