Vedic Essentials is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our natural products, and assisting with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote Vedic Essentials’ products. Introduce and effectively communicate the benefits of our natural products and services. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
