The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing students, providing information about international education options, admission processes, and services offered by The Mentors Circle. Daily responsibilities include explaining programs and destinations, capturing and updating caller details in the system, scheduling counseling sessions or follow-up calls, and maintaining clear records of interactions.

The role involves answering queries, addressing basic concerns, and directing complex questions to senior counselors or relevant teams. The Telecaller will collaborate with colleagues to support lead conversion, ensure timely communication, and uphold a professional, courteous experience for all callers.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry, CRM or call management tools, and email communication skills.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.





Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and explain information about international education systems.

Relevant experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales support in education or service industries is beneficial.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Noida and collaborating with a diverse team is expected.
