The Role
Manage and respond to all buyer inquiries on our IndiaMART account. Qualify leads, pitch product/service fit, and hand off to field sales for closing.
What You'll Do
- Monitor IndiaMART inbox daily for buyer inquiries
- Respond promptly with product details, specs, pricing, or availability
- Qualify buyers (budget, timeline, needs) and log in CRM
- Schedule demos/site visits with our sales team
- Follow up on pending inquiries and conversion tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing marketplace accounts (IndiaMART, Flipkart B2B, TradeIndia, or similar)
- Transparent written and spoken Hindi/Punjabi + English
- Detail-oriented accurate logging is non-negotiable
- Comfortable with B2B buyers and product inquiry handling
- Can respond to messages within 2 hours during business hours
