Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Attend inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products (Motor, Health, and Life).
- Engage with clients to help them understand and utilize the company's insurance offerings effectively.
- Meet and exceed business targets and sales goals as defined by the company.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure adherence to company processes and smooth policy issuance.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate product information and ensure excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or BPO industry.
