Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective investors, understanding their business and investment requirements, explaining suitable franchise opportunities, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for Business Consultants, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the company's database.
- Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities.
- Explain franchise business models, investment opportunities, and business concepts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable franchise brands.
- Schedule online or offline meetings between interested clients and Business Consultants.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Meet lead generation and appointment booking goals.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective investors.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams for seamless lead handover.
- Update customer information, follow-up status, and call remarks daily.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to quickly understand franchise concepts and explain business opportunities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Undergraduate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Bachelor's degree will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

- 1- 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
