We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
