Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time EXPERIENCED Telemarketer (minimum 1 year TeleMarketing experience).

As Telecaller, your primary role is outbound calls to the provided list of callers. Daily we expect just 40 calls, but we need very well call manners, Smart Suburbs brand and Directory product explanation. Voice need to be very clear, sharp and should sound excellent. Hand holding and guidance will be provided for first 3-4 days.

Candidate should be fluent in Hindi, Marathi. English is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Outbound Calls / Product Sales Pitch / Process. Be keen to help and convert the customer to register for our services & complete formalities.

Interact with the Existing customers regarding any queries on our website products.(registration related, completion of document upload) / Renewal of services.

- Responsible for handling all the Pre-sales queries of customers.
- Responsible for making outbound calls to the database provided and generate leads of interested clients for selling Marketing products & Services.
- Schedule offline meeting between client and our field marketing personal.



Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

- Should be very good in making calls to the customers with good language skills in Hindi & Marathi minimally. English is added advantage.
- Training will be provided on Smart Suburbs Directories & Digital Marketing Products & Services.
- Handling/Making Inbound and outbound calls to target customers for the ongoing new products..
- Keep records of calls / follow Up With the interested Customers.

- Generate Prospects Over The Phone and Email.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Education- Graduate from Marketing field.

Experience: Minimum of 1yr TeleMarketing experience.

- Preference given to : Experience in the field of Digital Products selling, Just Dial, Sulekha, Practo Directory Service sales, Tele marketing, outbound calling.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi a must). Good spoken Marathi an advantage.
- Good convincing & grasping ability
- Good email writing skills
- Be Energetic and knowledgeable to handle calls.

Lenient Daily call targets of just 40 per day.
