- Make reminder calls for EMI due or missed payments
- Educate customers on consequences of non-payment and available payment modes
- Coordinate with field team for payment collection if needed
- Update call and collection details in the system
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from any stream
- 0–2 years of experience in collections or customer calling
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Explicit communication and convincing ability
