Telecalling Executive – Student Admissions (Tamil)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our admissions team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for prospective students and parents—guiding them through our programs, answering enrollment questions, and helping them take the next step in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Outreach: Call prospective students and parents to introduce academic programs, entry requirements, and fee structures.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up consistently with interested candidates to resolve queries and assist them through the admission process.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain clean, updated records of calls, follow-ups,



and candidate statuses using MS Excel and calling tools.
- Performance Targets: Meet daily/weekly talk-time and call-volume goals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Languages: Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel/Word) and quick to adapt to CRM/calling systems.
- Skills: Robust communication, active listening, persuasive speaking, and a positive, target-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
