ABOUT US

We are Eraya Style. We make personalised gifts: photo necklaces, name keychains, custom mugs, photo lamps. People buy them for someone they love.

We are a small team in Delhi. We ship thousands of orders every month. We make everything ourselves, so an order you close today gets packed and shipped in a few days.

WHAT IS THE JOB

Every day, many people come to our website. They choose a gift. They start the payment. Then they stop and leave.

They wanted the gift. Something stopped them. Maybe the price. Maybe a doubt. Maybe they just got busy.

Your job is to call them and complete the order.

You will also call our old customers. Someone who bought a gift once usually has another birthday or anniversary coming.

This is a sales job on the phone. It is not a complaint desk.

YOUR DAILY WORK

- Call people who left items in their cart and close the order on the call
- Take payment on the call. Full payment, or at least a part payment
- Call old customers for their next occasion: birthday, anniversary, festival
- Give the approved discount when it is needed to close the sale. Do not give it when it is not needed
- Answer simple questions: how the photo will look, how many days for delivery, can it be returned
- Write in our system what happened on every call
- Tell us what customers keep saying. If 40 people say the same thing, we have a problem to fix, and you will hear it first

YOUR TARGET Out of every 100 calls, 20 orders.

And those orders must be paid or part paid. A customer who pays something, even a small advance, is a real order. A plain COD order that comes back is not.

Around 80 to 120 calls a day. You will see your own numbers every day.

WHO WE WANT

Must have

- Good Hindi. Basic English. Most calls are in Hindi




- 6 months or more of calling work: sales, tele calling, insurance, ed tech, e-commerce, or any call centre. A confident fresher who can talk well is also welcome
- The strength to hear no 40 times a day and still make the 41st call
- Basic computer and WhatsApp. You will work on our dashboard all day
- Honesty. You are speaking as our brand. Never promise a delivery date that is not true

Good to have:

- Calling experience for a D2C or online brand
- Experience with abandoned carts or repeat order calling
- Taking payment or closing sales on WhatsApp chat

WHO DOES WELL HERE

- Takes a no calmly and moves to the next call
- Listens properly and finds the real reason the person is not buying
- Understands these are gifts. There is a real person and a real date behind every order
- Wants their own numbers to go up

WHY JOIN US

OUR HIRING PROCESS

- We see your application and send you one small task
- We have a short call and agree your salary
- You work one week in our office on real customers. This week is paid at your agreed salary
- If it works for both of us, we confirm you and give you the offer letter

We would rather hear you sell for one week than read about it.
