Role Description The Tele Calling Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District.

The Tele Calling

Executive will contact prospective learners via phone, explain course offerings and career opportunities, and respond to inquiries about clinical research and other healthcare training programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining call logs and lead records, following up with prospects,



and supporting admissions by guiding candidates through the enrollment process. The role also involves sharing information about placement assistance, coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams, and providing courteous and professional service to all callers.

The Tele Calling

Executive will work to meet call targets and conversion goals while adhering to organizational policies and communication standards. Qualifications

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency.

Customer service and relationship-building abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and support prospective learners.

Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools or call-tracking systems.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good time management and organizational skills.

Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, counseling, or education admissions is an advantage.

Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or Graduation in any discipline.

Comfortable working on-site in Pune District and available for full-time work hours.
