Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Bengaluru.

The Tele

Caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining loan products and services, and generating qualified leads. Daily activities include collecting and verifying customer information, understanding borrowing needs, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for further consultation. The role involves maintaining accurate call logs and records in the CRM system, meeting daily and monthly calling and conversion targets, and providing clear, courteous communication at all times.

The Tele





Caller will coordinate with sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the borrowing process.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and regional languages, active listening, and polite telephone etiquette.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, such as empathy, patience, and the ability to handle queries and objections professionally.

Candidates should possess basic sales and persuasion skills, including lead generation, follow-up discipline, and comfort in discussing financial products.

Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage call lists, and work with CRM or similar tools.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with email, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems.

Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales within banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, meet defined targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
