Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at
KPB Solution. The Telesales Representative will play a key role in promoting our courses and programs to potential students and professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help individuals advance in their careers while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources, including cold calling, email outreach, and database research.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of KPB Solution's courses and programs to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
3. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their career goals and educational needs, and provide personalized guidance on the most suitable courses and programs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations over the phone to articulate the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
- Closing Sales: Skillfully navigate objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, track customer interactions, and follow up with leads as needed.
- Market Feedback: Gather and relay valuable feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to ensure a cohesive and productive sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous Min- 1 Year to 2 Years telesales or sales experience is preferred (Must have core sales Experience) Industry open. Preferred EdTech/Education/Counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Enthusiastic about career development and education.
- Education: Any UG/PG
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
