Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Communication

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or CRM database.

Deliver explicit, engaging product or service presentations following established scripts and guidelines.

Answer incoming calls and address customer questions, concerns, or requests for information promptly and professionally.

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

Identify customer needs, pitch appropriate offerings, and qualify potential sales leads.

Handle objections or hesitation gracefully, turning inquiries into positive sales opportunities or appointments.

Follow up with prospective clients who expressed interest during initial conversations.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer notes, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total calls made, talk time, qualified leads, and sales conversions.

Gather feedback from callers and share common insights or recurring customer queries with the management team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
