Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Doors and Frames Department at our Kollam office. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, introducing our premium range of doors and frames solutions, generating leads, and driving sales conversions. This is an in-person position based out of our Kollam workspace.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to promote doors, frames, and related architectural hardware products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, provide detailed product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable products within our catalog.
- Pitch and secure sales appointments or direct sales over the phone to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate daily logs of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the database.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of closed orders.

Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (experience in construction materials, hardware, or interior design sectors is a strong advantage).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Grade) or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Skills & Requirements

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone etiquette. Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
- Relocation & Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work in-person at our Kollam office. Candidates applying from outside Kollam must be willing and planning to relocate prior to the start date.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Core Attributes: Strong active listening, problem-solving abilities, and target-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives pushing total monthly earnings up to ₹18,000 or more.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
