Job Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

- Explain tour packages, offers, and travel services.

- Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for customer bookings.

Requirements

- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.

- Basic English communication is preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work with sales targets.
