Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.

Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.

Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within IT operations.

Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to support system updates and improvements.

Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to aid troubleshooting efforts.

Skilled in monitoring and ensuring operational stability across multiple business system components.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Database Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
