You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the systems and enhancing the overall efficiency of operations.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for incident management.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management, ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

Solid understanding of IT service management processes.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution techniques.

Familiarity with change management processes and tools.

Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
