Document and communicate incident trends and recurring problems to improve system reliability.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud service models and deployment architectures.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.

Familiarity with change management processes and creating Requests for Change.

Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure operational stability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
