Experience with cloud service management and incident resolution processes.

Strong understanding of system monitoring and operational stability techniques.

Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and update technical documentation.

Effective collaboration skills to work with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
