Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Participate in the development and improvement of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Robust knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.

Ability to work with change management processes including Requests for Change.

Familiarity with vendor coordination and service management collaboration.

Good understanding of system monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
