- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Solid knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure network stability and performance.
