The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance the platform infrastructure, supporting the overall technology ecosystem effectively and reliably.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices in platform engineering to optimize cloud setting performance.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.

Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment configuration.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of platform security and compliance standards.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
