Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Develop and present comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.

Experience with system integration and data migration strategies.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
