Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to maintain robustness and adaptability.

Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to manufacturing execution systems.

Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within manufacturing environments.

Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing technology and enterprise architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering creative and practical solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
