Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the technology architecture design and implementation.





Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance current systems.

Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.

Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems.

Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.

Hands-on experience in architecting complex solutions.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio.

Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
