Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of platform integration and customization capabilities.

Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.

Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models and their impact on architecture.

Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural consensus and implementation.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
