Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must have AI related work experience

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.

Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.

Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring seamless interoperability.

Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple platforms.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
