As a Tech and Automation Associate, you will play a critical role in building and scaling RISE’s internal technology and automation systems. You will work across teams to design, build, and maintain workflows that improve efficiency in operations, sales, marketing, and academic delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to apply software and automation to real-world business problems in a fast-growing startup.

Location - Bangalore Compensation - Competitive Responsibilities ● Automation & Systems Development – Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across CRM, email, onboarding, payments, and internal tools using low-code and code-based solutions.

● Web & Tech Infrastructure – Maintain and improve the RISE website, landing pages, and internal portals. Support integrations between web forms, CRMs, databases, and analytics tools.

● Software & Tooling – Write and maintain scripts, APIs,



and integrations using basic programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to connect systems and eliminate manual work.

● Process Optimization – Identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable, automated systems across admissions, mentor management, finance, and customer support.

● Testing & Reliability – Ensure all automations, forms, and systems are reliable, well-documented, and easy for non-technical teams to use. You’re the ideal candidate if you have

● Technical and Work Background – Minimum 2 years of experience in computer science, software engineering, automation, or a related technical role. ● Coding & Web Skills – Working knowledge of basic programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) and familiarity with website building tools, APIs, and databases.

● Automation Mindset – Experience with or solid interest in tools like Zapier, Make, CRMs, or workflow automation platforms.

● Problem Solving & Ownership – Ability to understand business problems, design technical solutions, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

● Startup Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment with evolving requirements. Benefits
