Production plan execution and sequencing for the co-packing unit.

- Responsible for achieving production plan compliance
- Reporting RMPM and Auxiliary materials stock status and monthly physical verification.
- Daily update on production plan, Produced volume, FG stock, On-Hold stock, Dispatches and RMPM to Central Team.
- Conduct training through QA and Operations Manager to co-packer team on RRL guidelines and maintain records.
- Daily review of Logbook and sharing non-compliances with Operations and Quality functions.
- Implementation to the timely upgraded or introduced SOPs and guidelines.
- Active participation in pre-work for trials and new product commercialization.
- Review and Submission of correct data for trials, new product commercialization through co-packer
- Production downtime review on daily basis with co-packer team and sharing RCA with Operations Team.
- Circulating Positive Practices and improvements among the team members.
- Verify records for line inspection and issuing line clearance for production run prior to start up and at the end of run.
- Verify records for line inspection and issuing line clearance for production run after maintenance of equipment.




- Daily meeting and discussion with plant senior management about the observations and burning issues.

Quality

- Responsible for performing GMP audit on monthly basis.
- Perform Process Interlock Checklist verification on monthly basis.
- Responsible for compliance to Master Mixing Instructions (MMI), Minimum Test Frequency (MTF), sensory and product release protocols.
- Responsible for adherence to Storage conditions for RMPM, Auxiliary and FG.
- Circulating Critical to Quality (CTQ) document with Operations and Quality functions for each production day.
- Fortnightly reviewing Pest Control for site along with pest sight logbook.
- Implementing the Corrective Action Plan for a Consumer complaint.
- Monitoring incoming RMPM quality checks.
- Compliance to RRCB Quality and Operational guidelines.

Logistics

- Ensuring and auditing the FIFO guidelines for FG and RMPM.
- Monitoring FG Stack Heights, Storage Conditions at Warehouse & during dispatches.
- Coordinating with other members of the shipping department to ensure that all shipments are properly dispatched.
