Role Description The Technician MST is a full-time, in office role based at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Latur. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and technical support for hotel equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort. The Technician MST will inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules, and respond promptly to service requests from hotel departments.





The role also includes maintaining safety standards, keeping accurate records of work performed, and supporting continuous improvement in technical and facility operations.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair common issues.

- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial facility maintenance, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

- Knowledge of safety procedures, use of hand and power tools, and adherence to regulatory and workplace safety standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments and document maintenance activities clearly.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to handle physically demanding tasks as required.

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration) preferred.

- Previous experience in a similar technician role within hospitality or facilities management is an added advantage.
