Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other technical materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other subject matter experts
- to gather and interpret technical information and user needs.

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API
- references, FAQs, and release notes.

- Organize and present complex technical information in a clear, concise, and
- user-friendly format.

- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure that documentation reflects the
- latest product features and capabilities.

- Manage the documentation process, including version control and document
- distribution.

- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback, analytics, and
- product updates.





- Ensure all content aligns with our style guide, tone of voice, and accessibility
- standards.

- Participate in the development of documentation standards and best practices.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards and trends.

Required Skills/Experience

- 1-6 years of technical writing experience

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English)

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat etc.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and XML is a plus.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should be able to converse in English and Malayalam.
