Brief

1. Transfer of instruction manuals for branded products to the editorial system Schema ST4 (XML based)
2. Creation and maintenance of text modules, technical data and images in ST4
3. Translation management in ST4 and Across
4. Production of documents out of ST4
5. Management of documents in Celum, SharePoint and Teamcenter
6.



Creation and maintenance of parts lists in Excel
7. Compilation of documents
8. Communication and coordination with the technical editors
9. Working in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, and implementation of the LEAN methodology

Prerequisites:
1. Experienced technical writer with profound technical knowledge
2. At least three years of experience in technical documentation of an international mechanical engineering company
3. Competence in graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office programs
4. Experience with ST4 and Across desirable
5. Highly diligent and structured way of working
6. Quick perception, reliability, organizational skills
7. Very good knowledge of English
8. Willingness for onboarding training and work-stays in Maulburg
