Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with strong expertise in API Documentation and a solid understanding of Networking or Network Security domains. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining an effective knowledge management system.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, user guides, release notes, and technical manuals.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain the organizational Knowledge Base.

Capture technical discussions, scrum ceremonies, architectural decisions, and meeting outcomes into structured documentation.

Develop documentation templates, standards, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and improve knowledge management platforms and documentation workflows.





Monitor documentation quality, usage metrics, and continuously enhance collaboration and productivity.

Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases.

Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.

Strong hands-on experience in API Documentation (Mandatory).

Experience documenting REST APIs, SDKs, developer guides, and technical workflows.

Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams.

Strong documentation structuring and information architecture skills.

Experience with documentation tools and knowledge management platforms.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Networking or Network Security domain.

Knowledge of API specifications such as OpenAPI/Swagger.

Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar platforms.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
