Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer (Python Only) role based in Tirupati.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver Python-focused training modules, including foundational to advanced concepts, to college students and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, creating instructional materials and coding exercises, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and evaluating learner performance through assessments and projects.



The role involves staying up to date with Python best practices, tools, and industry trends to keep the curriculum current and relevant.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and academic coordinators to ensure consistent learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback and mentoring to learners throughout their training journey. Qualifications

Experience in Technical Training and Technical Trainer roles, with a focus on Python programming.

Skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.

Solid Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.

Proficiency in Python (core concepts, OOP, libraries, and practical application in projects).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting coding bootcamps or classroom programs is preferred.

Ability to use digital tools, coding platforms, and learning management systems to deliver engaging training.

Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting learners with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
