Role Description The Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves providing technical support to customers using TBB-VaaniAI’s voice agent solutions, resolving product and configuration issues, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.

The specialist will handle support tickets, phone and chat inquiries, document recurring issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex problems. Daily work includes monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, updating knowledge base articles,



and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. The role also includes contributing feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

- Robust Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve software or configuration issues.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, including clear communication, empathy, and follow-through on open cases.
- Analytical Skills for interpreting error reports, logs, and user feedback to identify root causes and patterns.
- Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products; experience with voice, telecom, or AI-based applications is an advantage.
- Ability to document solutions, create support guides, and contribute to an internal knowledge base.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tickets, and prioritizing based on impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
