Role Description The Technical Trainer – Azure PySpark is a full-time, on-site role based across our Pune, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), and Bhubaneswar centres. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, instructor-led training on Azure Data Engineering and PySpark The trainer will design, deliver, and update technical training programs focused on Azure, PySpark, and related data engineering concepts for students and corporate participants.

Daily activities include preparing training materials and lab exercises, conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners on real-time projects,



and assessing participant performance through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align curricula with current industry standards, providing feedback on course improvements, and supporting placement and internship readiness through skill-building sessions and guidance.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience with PySpark , Azure Databricks , Azure Data Factory (ADF) , Azure Storage , and Spark SQL .
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience delivering technical training or mentoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Industry experience in data engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in technical training, including roles as Technical Trainer or similar, with a focus on Azure, PySpark, and data engineering.
- Strong skills in Training & Development and Training program design, including curriculum planning, session structuring, and learner assessment.
- Proficiency in Technical Training delivery, including hands-on labs, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Solid understanding of Azure services (e.g., Databricks, Data Factory, storage solutions), PySpark, and related big data technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Azure or big data technologies are an advantage.
- Experience creating technical content such as slides, lab manuals, and guided projects, preferably for classroom and eLearning environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple batches or corporate programs, and adapt teaching style to different learner levels.
- Familiarity with industry trends in cloud computing and data engineering, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill upgrading.
