This Person will be the Functional and Technical Support for PAG Sales Reporting Team.

This Role will entail Understanding the Global BMS Reports,



Watching over the Support Tickets in the Queue - which would require good Communication Skills and ability to engage with the Global Stakeholders in both written and Verbal.

The ideal Candidate will have valuable Problem Solving Skills, and Good hands-on experience with SQL Queries and backend databases – to be able to independently query the backend structures when needed.

One who is self-motivated and is a quick learner.

Excellent organization skills and personal effectiveness.

The Team works from Mid-Day to Night, to be able to overlap across time zones to Support EMEA and AMER stakeholders.
