Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical Specialist with robust expertise in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Versa SD-WAN, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco Catalyst switching platforms. The role involves deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise WAN and Data Center networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Cisco Viptela SD-WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments.
- Configure Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching issues.
- Configure BGP, OSPF, VRF, QoS, MPLS, VLANs, STP, and VPC.
- Perform SD-WAN migrations, WAN optimization, and network transformation.
- Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents.
- Support network upgrades,



firmware updates, and patching.
- Prepare technical documentation and RCA reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and customer teams.
