Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist to optimize our website’s technical framework, ensuring maximum visibility, crawlability, and performance across search engines. This role requires advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, web technologies, and analytics tools to drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Optimization

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and canonical tags.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly site structure and metadata.
- Monitor backlinks and recommend strategies for authority building.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.




- Provide actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Work closely with developers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into site builds and updates.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and emerging SEO technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) .
- Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog .
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing .
- Familiarity with cloud hosting, CDN, and server-side SEO factors .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush ) preferred.
